Happy Hydros, LLC specializes in hydroponic produce that is pesticide free and distributed fresh.  We house about 1700 tomato plants, 300 or so cucumber plants with a 8 week rotation of assorted lettuces, harvesting 1000 heads of lettuce weekly. We start all our own plants from seed in-house. Controlled environment agriculture has allowed us to extend our growing season and offer a nice variety of lettuces year round. We usually start picking cucumbers at the end of March and all varieties of tomatoes are offered around the end of April and both available until December.  We offer bulk or retail packaging.        

         Happy Hydros products are grown in optimum greenhouse conditions with a secure water source and all natural fertilizers. Our tomatoes are vine ripened with no gasing, waxing or preservatives added and are harvested fresh three times a week. We have a variety of lettuces that are picked to order and delivered with-in hours of harvesting. Our cucumbers are unbeatably the best you've ever had! Harvested daily, thin skinned, sweet, crisp and never waxed. We are proud to offer fresh quality produce on site and to  retail outlets, restaurants, bistros, hospitals and schools in Central South Dakota, Sioux Falls and the Black Hills area.

            Grandma D's Kitchen,LLC was completed in 2016 and specializes in small batch processing. We also offer Co-Packing services for hot hold & fill thermal processing and meat rubs to name a few. Grandma D's has a variety of products available for on-site purchasing or retail distribution including assorted jams, preserves, syrups, hot sauces, BBQ sauce and of course a nice variety of salsa! Our processing facility is compliant in all aspects of the trade, fully insured, licensed and certified for food proccesing and manufactuing. We are registered with the Food & Drug Administration and have our HACCP in place. Grandma D's is also third party verified by SGS and accredited for Good  Manufacturing Practices.
